Britanie Ridge Metropolitain District provides water to the 86 residential properties wihtin Elbert County Colorado.  Britanie Ridge MD operates a water distributuon system comprised of two wells, a nitrate removlal and chlorine disinfection system, a watewr storage tank and three pumps that distrubute water through to the nieghborhood.  The district does not have any debt.  Revnue is proivded through two main sources including a mill levy of 10.00 mills on the properties within the districts boundary and fees from residents based on water utilization.  The board is comprised of residents that live within the district bounfaries with elections held every two years.
